Often we are asked what is needed in terms of food. Often times, the meals are prepared at the monastery and so, in order for the overnight guests to prepare them, some ingredients are useful and even necessary.
People may also offer a whole meal through consulting the Meal Offering calendar.

At the moment, what is most needed in terms of food is:

  • Salted Butter
  • Soy milk
  • Oats
  • Fruits (ex. apples, bananas…)
  • Vegetables (ex. lettuce, cabbage, spinach, broccoli, tomato, carrots, cucumber, etc)
