Next Sunday, May 15th, the celebrations will take place.\u00a0Vesak<\/span><\/a>\u00a0in Sumedharama, thus commemorating the Birth, Enlightenment and Parinibbana of Buddha Gautama, with the following program:<\/p>\n

10 a.m. \u2013 Taking of the Precepts, followed by Parittas (Songs of Protection)<\/p>\n

10.30 a.m. \u2013 Rice ceremony (pindabat) and meal offer<\/p>\n

11 a.m. \u2013 Lunch<\/p>\n

12.30 p.m. \u2013 Ajahn Gavesako, invited monk, will give a Dhamma Lecture<\/p>\n

All are invited to participate, being able to enjoy the commemorative and contemplative atmosphere of the occasion and space of the Monastery.<\/p>\n
