It is with great joy that we announce that Luang By Sumedho<\/a> will be visiting and staying at Sumedharama<\/p>\n

from the 1st until the 14th of June, 2024.<\/p>\n

Luang By Sumedho is the first western monk who ordained in the Thai Forest Tradition \u2013 Ajahn Chah Lineage,<\/p>\n

and the founder of the many monasteries of this tradition in the West.<\/p>\n

Luang Por Sumedho has also a close connection to the Sangha in Portugal and the name of our Monastery \u2013 Sumedharama<\/p>\n

\u2013 is also a way of paying him homage.<\/p>\n

During his stay in Sumedharama Luang By Sumedho will be giving two Public Dhamma Talks<\/span>,<\/p>\n
