The monastic community performs its two daily meditations (pujas) together at 5 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. <\/span>These are also open to the public.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>On Fridays, after the usual Vespertine Puja there will be a Dhamma Lecture in person, in the Meditation Room of the Monastery.<\/span><\/p>\nOn some Saturdays (see calendar<\/a>) an online \u2018Guided Meditation and Reflections\u2019 takes place in Portuguese.<\/span> at 6:00 p.m.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>Click here to watch<\/span><\/a><\/div>\nOn the third Sunday of each month, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., there will be an in-person \u2018Meditation Workshop\u2019, conducted by one of the monks, in the Monastery\u2019s Meditation Room.
